Beacon Credit Union Administration Building

Project Overview

Over the years, we've had the privilege complete multiple projects for Beacon Credit Union. This is their Administration building that Romary finished in 2001.

Services Performed

This project came about as Beacon Credit Union was outgrowing their main office. The main office had combined administration as well as normal branch services. The Credit Union and Ed Romary discussed the possibility of using a portion of the lot for an administration building. Romary drew up plans and found a perfect fit for the space.

The Beacon Credit Union Administration building is over 10,000 square feet, with 2 stories. It includes multiple meeting and training rooms.

The property is rich with Wabash, Indiana history. When digging out the space, multiple buttons were found leading back to a button factory that once centered in Wabash.

We maximized the space for multiple workstations as an administration space.
Each station needed privacy for personal attention to the members of the Credit Union.
One of the many training rooms in the administration building. These rooms were essential for the credit union to have.
